DOSAGE
Scoop out rice grain sized portion of Shilajit, dissolve in warm water or other warm beverage and drink 1-3 times a day. Dosage may be increased gradually. Use included spoon for easy scooping and hands free dissolving.

One jar typically lasts from 1 to 3 months depending on frequency of usage and contains 75 servings of 200mg.

STORAGE
Allow Shilajit to settle down at room temperature in upright position for a few hours before opening it for the first time.

Store at room temperature in upright position with lid closed.
